These free online workshops hosted by Soaringwords with the support of the Sobrato Family Foundation provide Positive Psychology tools to mitigate burn-out and fatigue to enhance mental, physical and emotional well-being, so you can better care for yourselves. The program will also provide skills you need to experience meaning, agency, altruism and hope in the face of everyday challenges of poverty, illness, housing and food insecurity, addiction, unemployment, and mental health challenges.
