Drop-In Peer Support Group for Adults 2023 ~ 2024
Offered on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday at 7pm. This "drop-in" General Loss Grief Support Group is designed for adults who have had a significant person in their life die.
The group provides a safe and supportive environment for those recently bereaved to share their experiences and feelings as well as learn about the grieving process. The group utilizes facilitated conversation to help group members process their grief in the present moment and is led by trained peer support volunteers and Kara staff.
This group will meet in person at Kara (457 Kingsley Avenue, Palo Alto, 94301).
The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 7:00 - 8:30 PM during the timeframe listed below.
