What’s Next? – Reinvention Workshop after Spouse Loss
“Who am I now?”
“What’s next for me?”
“What do I want in my life going forward?”
After losing a spouse or partner, questions like these often come up. This half-day, hands-on workshop is designed for widows and widowers at least one year out from their loss, and who have processed through the deepest part of their grieving process.
We’ll explore the What and How of reinvention and address the following areas. What is it, really? How do you know if you’re ready? What should you expect on the journey? What skills and tools will support you as you go?

About Our Facilitators
Jenny Warila has served as a Kara peer counselor for over five years and Kara group facilitator for two. She holds a CPCC coaching credential and led software programs in a former life.
Linda Aronson came to Kara as a peer counselor in 2008, serving as a Kara group facilitator the last five years. She was certified as an Integral coach in 2008 and has held various roles in business. Her first love is dance.
