Practicing Wellbeing Workshop

Practicing Wellbeing
 – An Experiential Workshop

Designed for those who are:

  • grieving a loss
  • anticipating a loss
  • facing long-term illness
  • facing end-of-life
  • caregiving for loved ones
  • caregiving for clients/patients

This workshop will explore the meaning/experience of wellbeing and how we can increase wellbeing in our everyday lives. Even when we are going through challenging or difficult times, as in grief, we have choices that can add to our wellbeing.  During our time together, we’ll focus on:

  • noticing what adds to – and subtracts from – our wellbeing
  • making conscious choices that add to our wellbeing
  • treating ourselves with unconditional loving kindness
  • music as an easily accessible source of wellbeing

Date:  March 29, 2019 (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Location: Kara | 457 Kingsley Ave, Palo Alto
