Caregiving for a loved one can be an especially challenging role, emotionally and physically. Too often, lack of support for the caregiver can deplete wellbeing and lead to exhaustion, frustration, resentment or burn-out.
This workshop will explore the meaning/experience of wellbeing and how we can increase wellbeing in our everyday lives. Even when we are going through challenging or difficult times, we have choices that can add to our wellbeing. During our time together, we will focus on:

Since 2001, Jim Mulvaney has been involved in various ways with Kara as a client, volunteer counselor/facilitator, Director of Adult Services and Director of Training and Education. He has been a certified Fellow in Thanatology with the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC), and a trained facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie.
