Online Grief Support Group for Adults
Offered through Zoom, this General (non-specific loss) Adult Drop-in Group provides a space for participants to share their loss in community and explore self-care techniques that can support them through their grief journey.

Attend any or all sessions. Group participant limit of ten. Enrollment is limited to one drop-in session at a time in order to allow space on our waitlists for new drop-in clients. We do not accommodate multiple enrollments for different session dates at one time. Registration is required for each session in order to attend.
