Easing Your Journey Through Loss Course

A Six Week Integrative Course for Grief and Bereavement

With Dr. Kait Philbin

When you suffer loss of any kind the experience is held in body memory. By turning your attention to your body and listening more deeply, you may uncover unresolved grief lingering within. In a nurturing environment, you will experience gentle yoga poses, deep guided relaxation, breathing, meditation and more to ease your way through the blocks that sometimes unconsciously manifest as bodily tensions and mental distress, preventing progress toward balanced wellness. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.

Course Requirements:

  • Participants must be able to get on and off the floor easily.
  • To maintain a safe, contained environment for all, participants must commit to attending all the classes. Please be sure your schedule can accommodate.
  • To ensure the privacy of the group experience, no drop-ins are allowed.

Dates
October 3, 10, 17, 24,  November 7, 14
Time: 2:00 to 4:00pm
Course Fee: $400
