With Dr. Kait Philbin
When you suffer loss of any kind the experience is held in body memory. By turning your attention to your body and listening more deeply, you may uncover unresolved grief lingering within. In a nurturing environment, you will experience gentle yoga poses, deep guided relaxation, breathing, meditation and more to ease your way through the blocks that sometimes unconsciously manifest as bodily tensions and mental distress, preventing progress toward balanced wellness. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
