The past year has been one like no other, from navigating public health norms due to the unprecedented COVID-19 virus, to witnessing and addressing the social unrest and disparities within our communities. Now more than ever, we are feeling a collective grief, one that has arisen within all of us and is shared within our greater communities.
We would like to honor all of these changes by providing a workshop that will help us be able to name this collective grief and gain tools in how to lend support during these times. While grief can make us feel out of control and isolated, how we mourn and how we reach out to one another can break down the isolation and empower us to be kinder neighbors.
