1:1 Peer Support
Caregivers who are serving a loved one who is terminally ill may benefit from individual support from a trained volunteer peer counselor. One-on-one weekly meetings are scheduled at the mutual convenience of the individual and the peer counselor. Learn More
Drop-In Group Peer Support
Drop-in groups are for adults who are grieving any type of death or an anticipated death. These groups, facilitated by trained volunteers, offer an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Learn More
Caregivers Support Group
A peer support group for adults who are caring for a loved one approaching the end of life. This group is designed to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore and process anticipatory grief, with a focus on the unique challenges of caregiving during this time. Learn More
